Delete your account

Ask for your SizorPro login and personal data to be removed. We act on every request within 30 days and confirm on the phone or email you give.

What is removed

Staff: your login, phone number, and any notes about you. Bills you made stay as tax records, with your name replaced by "former staff". Commission and ledger entries stay in the salon's accounts without your name.
Salon owner: your sign-in and personal details. The company's records are kept for the tax retention period and then deleted with the company's database, or sooner if the company was never used.
Customer of a salon: your name, phone, birthday, notes and bookings. Your bills stay as the salon's tax records without your name.

Signing out of the app does not delete anything; this form does. You can also just uninstall the app - nothing but your sign-in tokens is stored on the phone.
